Thank you for you interest in joining Western Slope Paranormal for our annual Elks lodge fundraiser. Here are some of the things you need to know.
This building was built in 1913, so it is old. There is no elevator and there are stairs. Our investigators will take you into the attic and into the basement. Lighting will be limited, as we do most of our investgating in the dark. Investigators will have flashlights when needed. Wear appropriate clothing and shoes. Western Slope Paranormal will not take responsibility to any injuries that we personally have not caused.
We do not recommend this event for any small children or anyone who is easily frightened. We have no control of what the spirits of the building may or may not do. We have never encountered any harm caused by them, but they have appeared in shadow form, noises, talk via equipment and in the smell of perfume (which is why we ask you not to wear perfume). They also are not performers and are not here for our entertainment, which means, there may be no activity.
We encourage photographs and feel free to bring your own equipment if it does not make noise. We will have various pieces of equipment in each room to show some of what we use.
Everyone is divided in groups and will not be allowed to roam on their own. Seating will be available in every room. There is no alcohol and no smoke breaks.
We are hoping to keep this event limited to 50 people for both times. Reservations are encouraged.
